List everywhere. Keep one calendar.
Apex brings every channel into one place. Bookings from every listing site land in the same calendar as your front desk and booking engine, availability goes out as it changes, and one rate goes to every channel.

Filter by type of site or kind of stay to find the ones that fit your properties. The channels your account can connect are listed live in ApexOS, with their status.

Questions, answered once, in one place.
What is the Apex channel manager?
The channel manager is part of ApexOS. It lists your units on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and the other channels on your account, pushes availability as it changes, and sends the channel rate to every channel.
Which listing sites can I connect?
Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, plus the other channels available to your account, which are listed live on the Channels page in ApexOS.
How does Apex prevent double bookings?
It refuses to create one. Every booking, direct or channel, goes through the same inventory check, which rejects any overlap. Availability is pushed to every channel when a booking is made, moved or cancelled, and refreshed in full every day.
Do rate changes update on every channel automatically?
Yes, from the rate plan you assign to channels. Prices push when those rates change and again daily as a safety net. Changing only your direct booking rate doesn’t change channel prices.
