From the front desk to a platform for modern hospitality.
Staylist began in 2015 as a way to book a campsite, and we now manage over 70,000 units. Behind that growth is a team of veterans who spent their careers inside property management software and came back to build it right.

In many industries, this would be a “very busy day.” In hospitality, it’s just Thursday.
Staylist’s origin story would feel all too familiar to anyone who’s worked in hospitality: ringing phones, hand-drawn maps, and folios that never quite reconcile.
We found ourselves wondering if there was any software out there that could take some of the friction out of our day-to-day operations, many of which we felt could be automated.
There were options, many of them, but none of them hit the mark. The technology underneath them was the limit, and adding a chatbot to old software wouldn’t change that. So we started over and built a new platform from the ground up. That platform is ApexOS.
Running on Staylist
“I learned pretty quickly that camping, and adventure travel in general, is a busy experience and should be more efficient. I saw the need for technology on both the business and consumer side, and that is what really sparked my passion for this.”
From our customers
They want you to succeed. They want you to grow.
“My other system, setting up SOPs was a 12 day process for the training. I am now at a three day process and the third day is really just a cherry on top.”
“No guest wants to be waiting until an employee figures out how to get to where they need to be.”
“There’s not very many companies where you can get the owner of the company on the phone… they’ll figure it out, they’ll have a solution for you.”
“The ease of using the system and the reporting that’s available, the online booking capabilities are the best that we’ve seen.”

Clear thinking. Kind feedback. Real ownership.
We stand by what we do and say. Always.
Start with the guest
If it improves the stay, it’s worth our time.
Operators first
We mirror real workflows, not idealized ones.
Own the outcome
Impacts measure our product’s success, not us.
Default to clarity
Hospitality is hard; data shouldn’t make it harder.
Care is a superpower
We care for our customers like they care for their guests.
Raise the bar
If it’s not better, there’s no point in making something new.
