Property management mobile app for hospitality operators

Everything in ApexOS. In your pocket.

The ApexOS app runs your whole operation from iPhone, iPad and Android. Book a stay, answer a guest, check rates, swipe the turns done, message the team and take the business line, all from the property. When it’s quicker to say it, hold the Apex button and tell Apex what you need.

The ApexOS app, out in the fieldApexOS app

Three phones running the ApexOS app. On the first, My day in Ops lists turnover cleans and work orders, and three of them are swiped right, one after another, and marked done. On the second, the Apex button in the middle of the bar is held down while the operator says: Cedar Cabin’s clean, and the porch light is out. Apex shows a preview of two changes, Cedar Cabin marked clean and a work order opened for the porch light, assigned to Luis Ortega. The operator taps Approve and both appear in My day. On the third, a call from Dana Whitfield rings in on the business line with Answer, Transfer and Voicemail, and is answered.

Mobile app for vacation rentals, RV parks, hotels and marinas

Same system. Smaller screen. Nobody drives back to the office.

Swipe. Done. Next.

Today’s work orders and turns sit in one list. Swipe one to mark it done. No forms, no menus, no tiny buttons.

  • Your whole day in one list
  • Swipe to mark it done
  • Bulk edit for the big days

A photo of a smiling carpenter looking at his phone in a workshop. Beside him, the ApexOS app open on My day. The turnover cleans at Cedar Cabin and Birch Lake House and the hot tub check at Juniper Ridge Cabin are each swiped right and marked done. A note reads: Three jobs. Three swipes.

The office line rings in your pocket. Your number stays yours.

Guests call the business number. Apex routes it to the app, wherever you are. Call them back and they see the business number, not your cell.

  • Business calls ring in the app
  • Calls out show the business number
  • Answer, transfer or send to voicemail

A photo of a woman taking a call outdoors. Beside her, the ApexOS app: a call from Dana Whitfield rings in on the business line, with Voicemail, Transfer and Answer. It is answered and the call timer runs. A note reads: Guests see (555) 010-0100. Not your cell.

Hold the button. Say the thing.

Hold the Apex button and talk like you would to a coworker. “Cedar Cabin’s clean, and the porch light is out.” Apex marks the cabin ready, opens the work order, and shows you both before anything changes.

  • Hold to talk, let go to send
  • One sentence, several jobs
  • You approve before anything changes

A photo of a man in a red cap talking into his phone above a river. Beside him, the ApexOS app: he holds the Apex button and says, Cedar Cabin’s clean, and the porch light is out. The words appear as he says them. He lets go, and Apex shows a preview of two changes: Cedar Cabin marked clean, and a work order opened for the porch light, assigned to Luis Ortega. He taps Approve. My day shows the clean done and the new work order. A note reads: One sentence. Two jobs. Approved.

It’s not the lite version. It’s the version.

Reservations, the guest inbox, team chat, work orders, rates and calls. Pin the four you use most to the bar. Everything else is one swipe up, in the Hub.

  • The whole system, not a companion app
  • A bar set to your role
  • iPhone, iPad and Android

An iPad and a phone running the ApexOS app. On the iPad, the rail down the left holds the Apex button and the modules, and My day is open: the hot tub check at Juniper Ridge Cabin is tapped and opens in a panel beside the list, its three checks are ticked, and it is marked done. On the phone, Pulse shows today's arrivals, turns, work orders and unread messages; the Hub slides up with every module, and Inbox is dragged onto the bar in place of Reservations.

Property management app FAQs

Fair questions.

Is there a mobile app for ApexOS?

Yes. The ApexOS app runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, and it is the whole system rather than a companion app: reservations, work orders, the guest inbox, team chat, rates and calls, with the Apex button in the middle of the bar.

Can I take business calls on my cell without giving out my personal number?

Yes. Calls to your business number route to the ApexOS app, so you can answer from the dock, the truck or the next property. When you call a guest back from the app, they see the business number, not your personal cell.

How does the Apex button work?

Hold it and talk. Say what needs doing in a sentence, such as marking a cabin clean and opening a work order for a broken light, then let go. ApexOS shows you the changes it is about to make, and nothing happens until you approve them.

What should a property management mobile app do?

It should let you run the property from wherever you are: check reservations, answer guests, take calls and close out work in the field. The useful ones are the same system as the office, so nothing gets typed in twice when you get back.

Can housekeeping and maintenance use the app?

Yes. Each person’s app is set by their role. Housekeeping opens on the day’s turns and team chat, and guest services on the inbox and reservations. Everyone swipes work done from the same list the office sees.
