FAQs

At minimum, a good HMS should be easy to use, offer integrations, and contain revenue tools that are applicable to your day-to-day operations.

Look for software your busy teams can learn in days, not months, and that replaces or connects with your accounting, POS, and booking systems.

At its best, an HMS will give you visibility into how your business is performing that you’d otherwise have to crunch numbers for hours to uncover. This includes statistics around occupancy, revenue, and pacing. Ideally, these numbers should be easy to interpret and presented in a readable format.

Lastly, look for a well-liked customer support team. You’ll want to know they’re there for you, should you need them.
